Salon Vanet reserves the right to refuse a claim on the following terms:
When changing the condition of Natural Hair products (such as tangling, tearing, burning, blooming or unwanted coloring).
The listed are not considered as a factory defect but as normal traces of improper use, maintenance, storage and use of high degree of thermal treatment.
Warranty document is provided by Salon Vanet to the customer only if it is provided by the product manufacturer.
After receiving a natural hair product, the customer is fully responsible for the condition and duration of product use.
